Property damage
The provisions regarding compensation for property damage are contained in the act governing motor liability insurance and in the Tort Liability Act.

Basically, any property damage may qualify for compensation.
The maximum amount of compensation that can be paid for the damage caused to the vehicles involved in an accident under the motor liability insurance is EUR 5 million for each insurance policy covering the accident.
