No restrictions exist on the number of user accounts that can be granted to each insurance company, so everyone who needs access can ask for an account.

As registered users, insurance company employees receive more detailed information required in claims handling from the service both for Finnish and non-Finnish insurance companies and claims representatives. The registration information of Finnish vehicles is imported into the system from Traficom’s Transport Register.
